The bright white lights these photographers are using- girls are looking faker and faker. I've never cared much for "glamor" nudes or porn, anyway. But they're conditioning a whole generation of boys to get hardons for these bright, phony situations.
Real life isn't bright at all- it's shady, and warm, unless you live at a shopping mall or bus station or something.
Not that this isn't great content to sell and promote- it's just my personal taste. Could you live in your place if it was lit, basically florescent?

I believe the "glossy" picture style matches quite well with the HD video concept, where everything is sharp. It sells well like this on 18xgirls.com and that's important. Sure, the lighting isn't the "everyday real life" lighting but except for the Amateur niche many people probably want to exit (at least for a moment) their everyday looking life and add some fantasy.
