Before you libel one of the most ethical companies in the biz; (I'm sure you don't want to do that); you might want to be absolutely clear as to where the icon/download originated from. It's quite likely that it is the work of a clever script which you may have downloaded in the past.
Being so hasty to presume is not likely to warrant you further 'solicitations'.
