6 months ago my card was blocked first time, they requested documents to verify my person ( i verified it few years go)
I sent all documents, my acccount after 4-5 mails was activated
dont use epass next 2-3 months
In june i take money from bankomat and after my epass was blocked again
Contacted with Epass and they told me that I must verify again ,I did it and
after 2 weeks of sending mails my account was activated again
After 3-4 days i take money from bankomat and situation replay
Ask epass why its blocked again if i verified 2-3 weeks ago, they told me that must verified again, I asked them why I must nonstop verify and verify every time when take money from bankomat, and no logical answer from them, if documents was verified 3 montsh ago are expired and not valid - it was their answer, Itold them that i verified 3 weeks ago, sent next 5-6 mails and tthey activated account but after 2 weeks blocked again .....
They think that every 3 months i change first,last name and address ? I asked them, maybe somebody stolen their database...no answer, must verify and its all
In 6 months I verified my account 4 or 5 times, every time I sent same documents
If VISA block them now its best day for me, god bless VISA for this decision, no place for fucking companies like Epassporte

and plaese carefull, Epassporte is on bottom, take your money, tommorow there will not money, its only another fucking company in Tax Paradise,
