I finaly got valid answer from live support:
Thank you. I am viewing your account and see that you don't have an additional account as yet. Should you opt. to have an additional account, we would offer you to merge the accounts, where possible. If you choose to combine your accounts, we will add this new account to your existing card. This way, you will only have to pay the activation and monthly fees once (instead of paying multiple fees for separate accounts).
