so does that mean that the money epass (=our money) has in their bank is still accessible to them, it i just that we cant access it with our visas? Because if they also got their account blocked and some of you even say they knew about this coming and it doesn't makes sense to me why would they keep the money there if they knew the lock down is coming? Wouldn't they transfer it to different bank in this case?
