yes of course. Im not saying its anyones fault but my own, but look at it from VISA's side. Do they need the headache? The IRS does NOT like programs like paypal and epass. Ill say that. Everyone is a thief in their eyes. I hope this gets settled. Seems alot of people have alot of money tied up right now.
