ive always wondered about huge air filters...almost like fans...to suck the air through them,
then those filters get ground up and turned into fertilizer etc
i mean huge..like mandatory the 22-28 th floors on all tall rises in manhattant or what not be filters...the say three floors high
im guessing if enough large fans were setup the cities at least might be less smoggy
and identifying routes of air travel might allow you to tap into areas that need to be cleaned
