I've got an epass personal account with about $150 but no ATM card, its been sent and lost in the mail three times lol. With this account I can send to other personal accounts only.

My other epass personal account has an ATM card but is a controlled affiliate account so can only receive funds from a epass business account.

Can anybody help me out? I need to send the money to a personal account and then have a business account send to my other personal account.
