I haven't watched it, but I did see a story on CNN yesterday about a guy who lost his house with the levy broke and it has been rebuilt, but he doesn't know if he trusts the levy.

Here is what I don't understand. The levy broke and flooded an entire area. We saw what will happen when that kind of thing happens. Why the fuck are we rebuilding in the same place? It is like those people who live on the banks for rivers, get flooded out then rebuild in the exact same spot.

If we were going to rebuilt this guy's house, it should have been done in an area that won't flood.

It it like the lesson was never learned
