uh, bad analogy man. most popular music is crappy music. its advertising dollars and repeated playing that makes them popular. the music is one of the last things considered. look at all the popular acts today, pure crap. fox news is so popular because the people watching don't have jobs and nothing better to do. people looking for real news don't go to cable news, be it fox, cnn or whatever. its all just bullshit based on ratings.
