lead shot has no effect on the environment via leaching. the only way animals get lead poisoning is if they swallow the pellets or if they are shot and not killed.
you would have to handled a shit ton of ammo to even have a trace amount of lead in your system and anyone who does handle that much most likely wears gloves.
so if the same tards that are eating paint chips are sucking on lead rounds, well, they are asking for it.
