Because it's not that much less convenient to get anything on this service through a torrent...
I'm sure it still has a lot of market value... personally I fucking hate cable... the odd time I sit down to watch TV there is nothing fucking on... I already have cable cancelled at my house (where I only watch movies... guess where from) and I'll probably soon have it cancelled at the office as well
Personally, instead of new technologies with convenient purchasing methods and cool looking interfaces, I'd be more adept to going back into content production when you post about 'the future' of tube sites/torrent sites/etc going down.
