Get your own server, mod it a bit server side, use a sexy professional FTP server on it. Add a few html documents. Boom, up in 1 day. Assuming you have a good admin and $$$ to pay for the server and hosting. Put it in your sig and place something on the footer of the page. It will grow faster then you want, and have CP on it within 1-2 weeks, and 50% of your users are violating rules. Not fun.
