I can't speak for others, but some of us haven't responded yet simply because we are taking the time to read the proposed contract carefully and to tailor our responses such that they fit the sort of feedback that ICANN is actually soliciting here.
This comment period is not about firing off an email that says "No to .XXX -- fuck that Lawley cocksucker!"
Satisfying though that might be, my sense is that ICANN might find it somewhat less than compelling as an argument against approving the contract with ICM.
