It is 100% their right to build there, even across the street from the ground zero site, as long as they have legal ownership of the property. Any other religion would have agreed to move it if it upset people to this level, they are doing it because the Muslims know how to use the freedoms we give to anyone in the USA and turn it around and make it a "fuck you".

So let em build it, we all know their intentions. Someone flipping the birdie to ground zero survivors and families shouldn't get em banned, New York style to deal with this should be a big "fuck you" back at em, not all this whining and crying. Stick a big fat strip club across the street, a HoneyBaked Ham shop to the right, and then a big fat Ground zero memorial to the left. and rename the street "Zionist Lane". That's NY style way of dealing with it.
