Basically when you deal with Opensrs your almost always dealing with a reseller and Opensrs will not get involved when your reseller trys to hijack your domains.
And when you do deal with a reseller the reseller is actually the one who can control your domains.

Well if you deal with an OpenSRS reseller, the service is only as good as the reseller.
However, if you have a lot of domains (say 100+) there's no reason to deal with a reseller. Get your own OpenSRS account and buy your domains that way. It takes a little paperwork, and
a one time $95 dollar fee but its well worth it. We've been using
then for about 2-3 years with over 500 domains and never had
a problem.
