If you have to put Junior back in line, he has to realize it's business and he has to act professional.
Don't pretend this doesn't happen in the real world. Some cashiers make people *never* shop at some stores just
cause their attitude. Walk into a store with a bitchy cashier,
and tell me if you go back there tomorrow
