None of this has anything to do with LA porn people, or independent web sites, or how big this business is, or the content being shot in (or out) or Porn Valley...or anything more that what's already established law, and if the local/federal authorities are gonna choose to enforce what's on the books if they come after you.

Exactly. Some people run porn a business with less skill than it takes to run a market stall.
Anyone without employees liability and accident insurance is risking a multi million dollar law suit. Model hurts themselves on your shoot, your liable. Just the threat of having to defend it will send most squealing if they don't have insurance.
