Not only are they talking condom use...but now they are talking about "employee" insurance for the girls AND a "Safety Instuction" manual that will have to be signed on location. AND they are talking about having inspectors come to your shoots to make sure that it is "safe".
The govt. of California is looking to put you guys out of business. 
Been following it on a couple of big threads over at Xbiz , and I'm just astounded at the idiocy of the govt. there.

Robbie I am one of twelve people on the subcommittee and the policy we come up with has to be effective as the NATIONWIDE policy.
I can assure you that anyone who thinks they will be able to produce content, ANYWHERE in the United States that does not follow this policy is sadly mistaken.
Call me and I will fill you in what is really going on, no one else on this board, or any other board is on the subcommittee.
