The fact that your site is new could be the reason that your retention rate is initially low. On my site I think also only about 1/3 of
new members rebill. Then there are repeat customers who have a habit of canceling immediately on the same day as they signup, but re-signup again a couple of months later. These repeat customers will make your retention rate look smaller than it really is. But those who rebill, rebill for a long time. So over time as you grow bigger a satisfied member base the number should increase.

I see it can be confusing to talk about Zombaio when I also use DeluxePass.
There are actually two identical sites. One on each platform.
The stats I showed you were for the stand-alone version using Zombaio.
On the DeluxePass site the retention rate is a bit higher. 2:1 180%
