A lot of people are afraid to take vacations because of the economy and also a lot of people feel that even though they are entitled ti 14 days, its frowned on by their bosses. Also, some people feel they have too much work to justify taking 14 days even though they have earned it.
What planet are you on that you think the average person gets 30 days a year? That's England, not America.
