Any domain name is worth what somebody is willing to pay for it... Develop those names into good sites and youll get way more for them then selling just the domain ....I see these websites being advertised on TV with long ass and stupid names like moonpig.com, gocompare.com, webuyanycar.com, comparethemarket.com and because they are very well developed and advertised they are gonna be worth some $$
