I guess its nothing then... we don't need no stinking accurate stats, and we certainly don't need company reps to have their facts straight,
Who cares as long as you get SOME joins, don't look for inaccuracies or inconsistencies
Who needs their stats to be functioning accurately at all times its only meaningless data that serves no purpose. I need to just be glad that I have some sales.
I need to have full confidence and allegiance in my processing company. Any conflicting or confusing information should always be regarded as miscommunication or human error.
I should quit seeing the billing company as one who should be held accountable to me, I am there to generate processing fees for their staff and never doubt or question things that don't make sense to me.
Imagine if my bank has told me from time to time that my deposits, and withdrawals are inaccurate and they've known about the problem but don't know how to fix it..
my confidence would skyrocket, after all they are a bank and SHOULD BE TRUSTED REGARDLESS or at least given the benefit of the doubt.
meanwhile my friends and family make bank withdrawals and deposits and many say something is off with their transactions... they just don't add up.... but the bank rep is telling everyone there are no issues with transactions being inaccurate...
then you hear from a teller that there is a problem the bank has known about for sometime...but you did not know and the bank rep did not know....
Makes sense now...
"Dr. how accurate is that EKG machine that you are connecting me to..."
"well there are no issues with it ...I would let you know if there were"
"but the nurse just told me the machine gives inaccurate data from time to time and you guys don't know why or how to fix it"
"Yeah but its just heart rate data, you really don't need it to be accurate all the time you know...here take a deep breath and start this treadmill"
