Something like an environment variable in the main browsers like "No Adult Content", a simple script could stop people with that variable viewing your site.. or even some universal tag. This would make it easy for webmasters to comply.

I dunno but the stop gap measures they have put in the law recently are not robust enough, are difficult to interpret and won't be all that effective.

a simple meta tag and that allows parents to filter out your sites for their kids ! by setting the content tab under interenet options in IE
