On average 30-35% of my hosting clients and about 30-35% of my domain clients use PayPal. I've used them as either buyer or seller since '01 at their inception. I have never had a problem with them. I have had misunderstandings with them but never a problem.
I learned early on it's better to present them with your intentions 1st than to just implement something on your own. I have never had a problem selling/reselling adult domains, adult hosting, adult templates, adult graphics, etc.
So when I see someone bitching about PP I question their business model first.
