i do my *bench* presses/flyes lying on the floor and put a wide board angled up against the couch to do incline presses/flyes. lolz
ghetto eh.
i've gone overboard in the past with trainers, gym memberships, equipment, supplements, etc. but this simple arrangement has really worked well for me since nov. 2009.
