That is pretty much fact at this point. Companies are sitting on the largest money supply in history and businesses are scared shitless to hire because no one really knows what Obamacare is all about and do not know what other job killing bills they will pass in the next 2 years.
Now they are paying off teachers unions by taking food out of the mouths of the poor.
