I've lost all I really want to lose, (for the most part) but gained some back after getting on the new plan. The new plan is to basically graze all day like a goat... multiple small meals during the day, and a shit-ton of exercise. Been increasing the exercise/activity levels every day, and I'm feelin' it home skillet. I'm sore as fuck from head to toe... in a good way.
No more sodas
No more sugar
no more coffee
obviously no booze of any kind
No fast food of any kind
No more junk (chips, cookies, nachos, popcorn, etc)
Less red meat, more pork, chicken, fish & veggies/fruits
Lots of exercise
More exercise
I feel fucking fantastic man. And it has improved my mood exponentially. Every day just gets better. I owe credit to you specifically for most of my motivation.
