The guy is seriously good at what he does which is help people attain their goals. I was 198lbs (seriously overweight for 5 foot 6) and am now 152lbs. My goal is 145 and I've one from a 36 waist to a 31.5 waist.
If you stall, he's at hand to shake things up so you get going again.

Thanks for the suggestion; I prefer doing things on my own, but if I get stuck after my own methods run out, I'll check him out
