i will prolly take another jab at it down the road, right now though, my diet/exercise is completely dialed in like never before so i'm going to ride the train as long as possible.

The guy is seriously good at what he does which is help people attain their goals. I was 198lbs (seriously overweight for 5 foot 6) and am now 152lbs. My goal is 145 and I've one from a 36 waist to a 31.5 waist.
