Well, I was trying to do more "permanent changes" than actual "dieting".
I ONLY drink water (and alcohol).
Alcohol wise, I only have whisky straight (or the odd few light beers).
I at 5-6 times a day instead of twice a day (used to skip breakfast a lot).
I eliminated eating almost all canned and frozen/processed foods.
I added more fresh vegetables and fresh fruits to my diet.
I try and do 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fat.
I try and get my fats all from healthy products like nuts, peanut butter, beans.
I try and drink no less than 3L of water a day.
So, that worked well but then stopped working (while adjusting my calories as I lost weight).
That's why I am hoping a detox may help jumpstart it again.
