Yup, Mike Geal is in fact a scammer..scammed me once too. Here is another suggestion:

4. Google the users ICQ number..see their ICQ comes up from any of the forums. Do a little investigative work on your own. Google their ICQ, if it comes up in a forum somewhere maybe go another step and try googling their forum username..etc. At least get an idea of other business they may have done on the web and whether it was good or someone else is claiming they are a scammer.
