In my neighborhood the garbage men will take anything. If a stray animal gets into something and tears it open, they will pick up all of the little pieces. If a can is too full the driver will get out and help the guy on the back. None of that lazy shit that goes on in the UK. Here I thought Americans were lazy, but I guess our garbage men are the best!
