Help!

I'm looking for the following:

1. A simple video editor that reads flash video files which I can apply some simple edits and overlay some graphics, and then re-save to the same video format and / or to other formats.

I'm also looking for a program that will batch convert video files too and from various formats (such as flash to mv4 and vice-versa) and let me overlay graphics or text at the same time.

Both for MAC if possible.
