that's 90 minutes of video so it will be awhile for me to watch the entire video but from the segments i viewed, my comment is not out of line with his conclusions about hfcs/soda pops, fruit drinks.
i've been a type 1 diabetic for 27 years now and worked with MANY endocrons over the years. i've checked my blood sugars pre/post eating fruit, drinking pop, etc, et al. tried to educate myself on sugars/glycemic index, fast carbs, slow carbs, etc.
moreover, the original study mentions REFINED fructose. consuming a natural, reasonable amount of fructose daily is fine and good and my experience belies that.
