i dont think there are any actual shortcuts.. eveyrthing takes time.. but sending the media to your hosting provider seems the quickest.

at a decent resolution, that's a minimum of 2 megs a minute..
asuming they're all 30 secs each at the least,
that's 1 meg each... 10 gigs..
just do like we do and send a hard drive... just ask what the host says...
and yeah, pics and movies are the same on a programmer's point of view ;)
just get someone to code it for you.. organize it in a programmer friendly fashion, and you are good to go
