It will be interesting to hear why he felt he needed to flee like that, and if he was already wanted, then why in the hell would he have provoked them by proverbially poking the wasps nest.

It looks like took a good beating, with several punches to the face, and pepper spray was used at one point. There was a lot of blood on the ground when they picked him up too.
