What I am looking for is a tier-1 provider with all the bells and whistles, for my colo server. I'm currently pulling about 25Mbps.

1. 24/7 live human phone support
2. 110% uptime
3. FAAAAAAST connections
4. Multiple backbones and peering arrangements
5. Operates their own datacenter
