POV isn't as much fun as some think. Getting in a cameraman who knows what he's doing with porn is a great idea. Finding one I imagine is hard in Bali.

If you open a paysite you need to pay the girls and get them to sign a model release and have full IDs. Not sure where you're selling the content at the moment.
Making good content is the first goal. There are tons of sites with bad Asian content, probably shot in Thailand or Philippines, and you need to be above that. But maybe not to the level of the over produced American content. Getting a girl to look more interested in what she's doing is a good idea. No matter how well you say they fuck they both look bored.
