As a son of a former UN diplomat, I can tell you a few things. The passport itself is helpful but doesn't offer any standard protections unless you are accredited by the country you are visiting or by a world accredited body, such as the UN, UNESCO, WHO, etc. You will not be allowed CC plates, tax exempted status, etc. unless you are registered with the Foreign Ministry or State Dept. in the country you reside nor does it permit you visa-free entry into any country.

Thank you for the info!
I have understood that the offer includes: diplomatic passport and honorary consulship which they say include those things. So, it must be about HONORARY CONSULSHIP ? I'm just wondering if my current govermnet will accept me as accredited honorary conslu. Hmm? Actually they should if I have real documents.
Need to talk with someone who's dealing with this kind of things.
