Just remembered this one:
We used to make a fake login screen for lab computers that would look exactly like the real login screen. So basically we would run this program and walk away, next person to login it would record username/password and stick it in a text file and then would dump out to the real login screen. They would be confused, login again, and go about their business. Meantime, we had their info....
Kind of lame i guess.
