Users can't vote without a GFY account. To get a GFY account you'll need to email us with your role in the industry and a list of sites you are affiliated with. I understand that miss gfy was a disaster in the past, but this is a very different setup. If you don't want to participate, thats fine.. otherwise, it will be great exposure for the future winners.
