What I meant about the barstool was for carrying on using your high setup when you have been stood for a while. Obviously if you have spent a long time sat all day you aren't going to find it comfortable going straight to standing all day instead so the stool was for having a rest but remaining up straight rather than slouching like a lot of people do in a chair. |
Ahh, I get ya now
What I did yesterday for 'breaks' of standing was just to grab the wireless keyboard and mouse and sit down in my office chair, I do have some decent bar stools I'll try them out and see how they do.
