according to
http://recovery.gov
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was $787 Billion
488 billion has been distributed
Recovery funded jobs reported by recipients is 682,370
so lets do the math, that's $715,154 per job? Is my math correct?
wouldn't it be better to just cut a check to all the people out of work for $100k?
488,000,000,000/682,370=715,154

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
