i've sniffed around - good coders want/expect somewhere near 100K a year - i don't have enough work for a coder like that to justify that kind of salary. If the coder was a complete jack of all trades, so that when he wasn't coding he could do design work and traffic generation ........ but then we'd be talking about a superior all around webmaster and anybody with those skills wouldn't be looking for a job.
this project was a Flash animation job for somebody talented in traditional 2D animation.
Silver Crocodile is doing it for me.
