When I worked for Top Bucks it didn't matter which of my affiliates made the most.. Every single one of my affiliates got the help they needed when they needed it. Even the smaller affiliate may become one of your big ones so treat them all like a valuable asset. Of course, there will be some out of the batch that will waste your time, but it's always best to treat everyone respectfully.
All it takes is figuring out a way to manage your time properly so you can reply to someone as quickly as possible.
