Thats a really accurate point of view jaYMan, but that doesenīt mean just donīt answer the whereīs my twenty bucks requests. As a support person I organize my request from most important to less important stuff. and also seems that most of the people that contact support forget that you probably have a hundred more requests that where sent before and sometimes they are for issues that take some time to be solved.
so my conclusion is support can be bad sometimes, but most of the time is the "client" thats impatent.
