That article is two years old. While it still holds some truth, the free part of the adult internet has expanded tremedously since. As has P2P and other ways of getting free content (not necessarily adult only).

The article's only interesting point is the fact that it shows a tendency to purchase online. On the other hand, we already knew that.

It would be interesting to see some more recent research on the matter. Anyone?
