also benadryl can be used to resensitize beta receptors. this is common practice in the lifting community as well. When cutting alot of guys take caffiene, ephedra, and asprin...also known as the ECA stack. Taking benadryl in conjunction with the stack really helps as well. I didnt even think of that at first.
