and its from Bureau of Labor Stats
I guess 3+ million job openings is nothing to you.
the current jobless rate is 9.5% for those 16 and over.
when I was 16 I didn't work, actually didn't have a job til I was 18, my parents told my school was my job and to focus on that. so those stats might be skewed a bit.
even so thats about 14.6 million ppl unemployed and 3+ million job openings. so 5 ppl per available job opening. those odds are pretty good at finding work. and thats for ppl 16 years of age til about 65 I"m guessing.
still seems like decent odds of getting work.
